Brief Bio of President & CEO
Edward R. Snyder serves as President & CEO of Life In Focus Education, Inc. (Click for larger image.)
Edward Snyder, CAMF, attended Gateway College of St. Louis, MO, majoring in Theology, and assisted in teaching Pastoral Theology at Christian Life College in Stockton, CA for 2 years. As a certified facilitator, he started Life Skills Classes in St. Louis, MO, teaching Anger Management and Substance Abuse for 3 years. Due to his outstanding ability to motivate and communicate, he excelled in this arena.
After moving to Virginia, he incorporated Life In Focus Education and steadily added courses, such as Anger Resolution, Employment Readiness, Money Management, Life Skills, Parenting, and Ex-Offender Reentry to meet the needs of the community. He served as a Case Manager for Virginia Cares. Through his leadership, LIFE has assisted thousands of clients in Virginia alone for Probation and Parole, Foster Care, the Adult Detention Center, the Virginia Dept. of Corrections, and other various agencies and businesses. He has recently expanded LIFE to six cities within the Commonwealth of Virginia, with three more agencies soon to be added.
Currently, he is in pursuit of his Masters in Psychology with a concentration in Behavioral Science.
